DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS


In accordance with Art. 6 items 3 of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism (Nar. No., No. 130/17)
any complaint you have, you are kindly ask to send in written by post or by e-mail on the following address:

Each complaint will be stored and carefully examined as soon as possible, not later than 15 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint cannot be resolved due to additional investigation, the client must be informed about it. Finally the client is informed of the complaint's result.
